As a bond trustee, Philippine Investment Management Account (PIMA) ensures the enforcement of the terms and conditions as provided in a bond indenture. We monitor compliance of the bond issuer with the covenants under the relevant trust agreement, as well as facilitate the distribution of reports, waiver requests, and all other information related to the issuance.
